REFUND POLICY
We are committed to timely return processing. If your package arrives at the PROJECT ALOHA Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account. You will receive and email confirmation when your return has been processed or exchanged.
To submit an exchange, please fill out the exchange form included in your package and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. Please keep in mind our inventory changes daily so please check availability when completing the exchange form. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If you choose to receive a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed through the PROJECT ALOHA website.
DAMAGES
PROJECT ALOHA guarantees its apparel to be free from damage or manufacturer's defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of the package delivery date and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item free of charge. Items being returned for damages must be clean upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to the owner as is.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
1. Pick the design and color tee you want.
2. It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
3. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination
4. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address.
BUSINESS HOURS
PROJECT ALOHA's office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm US EST (US Eastern Standard Time). Any calls or messages received outside of operating hours will receive a response the following business day.
