HOW CUSTOM WORKS
1. Pick the design and color tee you want.
2. It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. We do not hold any stock at this time so we are printing your orders "custom" one at a time. Once an order is placed the process of ordering that blank for you begins. We cannot alter your order if you have a change of heart, so do your best in picking your favorites. New designs are added each week so there is a constant flow of freshness.
3. The average shipping time is usually 5 business days depending on the delivery destination. Due to delay being experienced by our forwarders, delivery dates may take up to 10 days. These are staffing and supply chain issues beyond our control.
4. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Returned by Customer - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Also, please see our sizing chart when purchasing, to avoid purchasing the wrong size. Understand that we are creating each tee custom to order for you and we do not want to accept returns on items you've picked exclusively to you.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account on projectaloha.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
