SHIPPING NOTICE: All major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, are experiencing significant shipping delays. USPS has reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is causing them shipping delays/errors, and tracking inaccuracies. Please continue to purchase as far in advance of needing product as possible.
PROJECT ALOHA delivers your order direct to your door, wherever you are in the world. We offer FREE Standard USPS Shipping on USA orders every day on all purchases over $100. Occasionally handling time may take longer than usual. Your t-shirt blank is not ordered until you place your order and we create each shirt for you.
A flat rate of $5 will be charged on orders up to $31 USD. USPS has raised their prices and unfortunately we cannot ship every order for free going forward. There will be PRIORITY SHIPPING on any orders containing 2 or more units.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please give addresses that have secure mailboxes. We are NOT responsible for missing or stolen packages once the USPS has deemed the package "delivered".
A flat rate of $30 USD for shipping and handling will be charged on orders up to 2 lbs. USPS has raised their prices and discontinued online shipping internationally (it may be temporary). All shipments are shipped First Class International. No returns on international shipments.
Important message for International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or in the shipping charges. These extra costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please review the following return and exchange policy that governs your use and purchase of products on our site.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy provide a return, exchange, or store credit if the following conditions are met:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the package delivery date.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered, soiled, washed or laundered.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise returned without these requirements may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
It is critical we protect the health and safety of our customers. We do check all merchandise thoroughly when returned to PROJECT ALOHA.
